The Illinois Perinatal Quality Collaborative (ILPQC) is working with patients, physicians, midwives, nurses, hospitals, stakeholders, and community groups to develop a Birth Equity Initiative focused on actionable strategies to address disparities in birth outcomes for Black women and women of color in Illinois.
