WebFeb 1, 2014 · I am trying to replicate the wave gun from Super Metroid where the bullets fly along a sine wave path. The cool part is that you can shoot in 8 directions and the bullet still follows the sine as if the whole sine function is rotated. I've tried using a 2d transformation to allow shooting in every angle but I cant get it to work. WebThe Simple Wave Simulator Interactive is shown in the iFrame below. There is a small hot spot in the top-left corner. Clicking/tapping the hot spot opens the Interactive in full-screen mode. Use the Escape key on a keyboard (or comparable method) to exit from full-screen mode. There is a second hot-spot in the lower-right corner of the iFrame.

WebApr 27, 2024 · The wave script relies on current_time to create the sine wave. Current time is unaffected by frames per second as it is the time reported by your computer (as I understand it). You can modify the script by passing in your own time value which you also manually increment. For example see below. WebAmplitude Modulation. An interactive demo which enables you to both see and hear the result of multiplying a sine wave with a cosine amplitude envelope. The demo above shows three waveforms. From top to bottom, they are coloured blue, red and purple, and are mathematically described by the following equations. joel marchildon accenture https://xavierfarre.com

I recently learned that an audio sine wave is called that way because it is of the shape of the graph of a sine function. So (correct me if I'm wrong), the equation for a sine function is: p = sin ( t) Where: p is the point on the graph, and t is the point in time. Writing this in Wolfram Alpha indeed shows the expected graph.
